⦁ Pink Wines 40-55⸰F 
⦁ Sparkling Pink Wines 40-45⸰F – very cold.
⦁ Sparkling Dry Wines 35-40⸰“F – icy cold!

Ok! Start by ordering a five (5) bottle wine Collection (depending on how many people will be at your tasting event) with friends, family …or have an after-hours co-worker’s wine tasting! Have at least one glass for every participant. Yes, each wine style should be in a specific shape of glass, but most important is that there is a glass for everyone. 

When your five (5) bottle Collection arrives:
⦁ Chill all five bottles in a standard refrigerator or a wine cooler `42-45⸰F,
⦁ When the wine tasting event begins each participant will assess 6-primary wine attributes
         1. Color: clarity – lift your glass to the light to observe
        2. Wine body: viscosity – swirl the wine gently and inspect the “legs on the glass”
        3. Nose: bouquet, aroma – dip your nose into the glass and fill your senses
        4. Attack: first impression – the olfactory/smell opens your senses to initiate taste(s)
        5. Mid-pallet: Flavor(s) – what flavor layers and mouth feel do you experience?
        6. Finish: last impression – what are you left with at the end of your sip? .Repeat!

Preparation for Wine Tasting:
⦁ Removed the red wine from refrigeration at least 30-60 minutes prior to starting
⦁ 20-30-minutes prior to serving, place the sparkling wine in the freezer (Do not forget/over chill.)
⦁ While the red wine breaths, start the wine tasting event; begin with sparkling pink wine
⦁ Pour only a moderate amount into each glass ~2oz pour
⦁ After each pour, follow the six assessments above, sip, discuss, and write notes if you’d like
⦁ Between wines, dry or salted bread or crackers are acceptable, sip water, and rinse your glass
⦁ Next pour ~2oz white wine into each glass, repeat six-step assessment, rinse glass
⦁ Next pour ~2oz pink (still not sparkling) wine into each glass, repeat six-step assessment, rinse
⦁ Next pour ~2oz red wine into each glass, repeat six-step assessment, rinse glass
⦁ Next pour ~2oz sparkling dry wine into each glass, repeat six-step assessment

It is your responsibility to provide Got Cheers Winery with accurate information. Got Cheers Winery and the third-party shipping agency are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. A fee may be incurred for address corrections while a package is in transit, and a charge assessed for reshipment of returned packages. When wine is delivered, the person accepting delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. We suggest having shipments delivered to a business address.

Got Cheers recognizes several few different shipping options.
⦁ Ground delivery: this method is preferable for all orders scheduled in advance. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery in California after the order is placed.
⦁ Express delivery (2-Day Air) costs significantly more and will be available soon for states east of Colorado -when Got Cheers begins cross-country deliveries.
⦁ Climate Control: this method is suggested during summer months, after Got Cheers begins cross-country deliveries for all states east of Colorado.

When a refund is necessary, once the wine is returned to the winery a credit may be issued, less the cost of shipping. However, Got Cheers is committed to delivering the right wine, on time, and in optimal condition -to the right person(s). If your order is not right, we will have a resolution within three business days.
