Once you complete your checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to your email with your purchase details.When the shipment is scheduled and ready to leave our warehouse, we’ll email the gift recipient a tracking number. Shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive, and deliveries are typically made during business hours.If there’s a delay due to carrier issues or inclement weather, we’ll send the gift recipient an email with information on when to expect their shipment.

Yes. We work with most national and regional carriers, all of which require an adult, over the age of 21, to sign for the delivery. We encourage shipping to a responsible workplace,when possible, as this may increase the presence of an adult to sign for the package during business hours. A business or commercial address is especially beneficial during warmer months to maintain wines at cooler temperatures.

Last minute or in-advance is no-problem, we are on it!  You will find Got Cheers digital Gift Cards online. We just need the recipient’s email address to start. You can fill in the amount and the quantity you select with your information, then an email with the amount and a personal note from you. A unique redemption voucher to be used at checkout, will be sent to the recipient’s email address immediately or on schedule. Got Cheers digital Gift Cards can be purchased all year.

Next-day delivery is available in select areas only. Enter your delivery address while shopping online to confirm the shipping options for your delivery address. Same day: Got Cheers digital gift cards are a great for last-minute gifts these are available for immediate email and/or by print-out just after checkout. Specific date: If you want a delivery for a specific date, check the shipping options for each address at checkout. Days and times will vary by the delivery address.

Due to scheduling, changes can be made to GC wine delivery scheduled 90-days or more from the date. Unfortunately, no last-minute changes can be made once a delivery order has been placed.
